In the busy world we live in, sometimes appointments are forgotten. Your therapists time is very valuable, as is yours. Your therapist will be at the Salon waiting for you, and they do need to be compensated if you do not arrive for your appointment. All full sets require a £10 deposit and all infills require a £5 deposit at the time of booking via paypal, card payment or cash. This deposit is required to secure your appointment due to a high number of clients cancelling last minute or not turning up to their appointments. This ensures our eyelash treatments remain affordable and available to all clients.
If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us enough time to offer that time slot to another client. Deposits will be carried over if the appointment is rearranged with at least the 48 hours notice.
No shows or cancellations/reschedules less than 48 hours will forfeit their deposit and NO SHOWS could be charged a no show fee of £20 on top of forfeiting their deposit.
The deposit is non-refundable, and will be applied towards your treatment. If you NO SHOW or Late Cancel, your deposit will be forfeited.
All new clients are required to book a Patch Test 24-48 hours before their eyelash extension appointment. Failure to attend the patch test will result in you being refused the eyelash extension treatment when you attend your appointment and you will forfeit your deposit. The deposit will not be transferred to another appointment.
Please arrive on time and with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes to your appointment. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time lashing. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked treatment, if your treatment is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the treatment.
Other Therapists Work
To guarantee consistency and quality of the final set we do not offer infills on work done by another lash technician. Please book a removal and a new full set.
You are paying for the therapists time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for services rendered. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minute express touch up if it is at the fault of the application or product. Any concerns addressed after 48 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at the full price for the treatment.
